In 2008, on Christmas eve an agent knocked on my door and told my wife and I we had to move and he wanted the keys. We knew we were losing our home. We tried to refi , a loan modification, and even a short sale. We had know luck. So we new this day was coming. But i had to ask the man, Of ALL DAYS why did you come here on Christmas Eve 8:30 pm? He stated, He didn’t think anybody was home. Mind you, most of the lights were on all through the house and the Christmas tree is in the front window lit up, so you can see activity in my house easily. My wife was visibly upset and my son came to my side and hugged my leg. I was thoroughly pissed! WHAT HE DID WAS EVIL, To say the least. I told the WORM he better leave my door or it was going to be a major problem. Fast forward my wife and I are advocates for people who are facing lender problems and would like to HELP PEOPLE possibly stay in their homes.
