No, our services are FREE. There are people who charge thousands of dollars to help complete loan modifications however we do not.

SYH has relationships with real estate investors who buy houses when homeowners have no alternatives.  The money they make in these transactions allow them the time to help other homeowners who want to work to keep their homes.

SYH is available only in Southern California & Hawaii. We believe every homeowner deserves the opportunity to get the help they need.

Our program has built great relationships with other professionals you may need.  We have worked closely with both Bankruptcy and Probate attorneys who we trust and know will work in your best interests.

Your lenders will require documentation to support any loan modification application.  A list of these documents varies between lenders and would be discussed at the time you complete an application.

Some are, but some are not.  Each homeowner may present a different scenario for their situation.  SYH will make sure you are speaking with the person best positioned to serve and help you.

No.
Applying to your lender for a loan modification is free.  The process takes time and effort to supply all the right documentation the lender requests, but it’s all at no cost.

If selling your house is the best option for you, our real estate division has agents and cash buyers who can help you to find the best way to sell your house, however Save Your Homes does not buy houses. In addition, we have a specialized negotiations team who work directly with your lender should you need to short-sale your home.

SYH’s guarantee is to give you the best transparent advice and education to help you attack your financial challenge head on.  Your lenders ultimately make the decisions on whether a loan modification is accepted.  At SYH, we guarantee to do the best we can to help you through the process.
