Dennis first started in Real Estate investing in 1995 by wholesaling and retailing properties. Since that time, Dennis established Dennis Wayne Group, and quickly became a force in Southern and Northern California focusing on residential investment and development transactions. In 2001, he expanded his experience in real estate by adding an additional line of service to his clients and began offering mortgage brokerage service.

Throughout his 30 years in real estate, Mr. Fulmore has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in sales, investments and loan consulting and has been involved with the sale and leasing of commercial real estate in excess of one million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space/buildings throughout Southern California. Dennis specializes in investment sales of residential and commercial real estate.

Dennis started his own construction firm and has in excess of 15 years experience in construction; from expertise in providing high quality construction services on time and within budget – to a complete renovation and remodeling residential properties for resale. Dennis continues to use his expert people skills to provide each client with the highest level of service.

Mr. Fulmore is a native of Northern California but resides in Southern California, he has two sons and is active in local and state real estate groups, including member of NAR since 1995.
