New to SoCal, living my best life in Long Beach with my partner Kyle and our two pups! I work in tech, currently in product for a small tech startup, but I I grew up in New Jersey, life took me to a lot of places: New York, Austin, Shanghai, Seattle, Bay Area, and now Long Beach. By training I’m an engineer and an architect but pursued a career in green building consulting, helping developer and architects design more sustainably. I transitioned into tech to allow me to work remotely with more freedom. About 5-6 years ago, dabbled a bit in house flipping and being an investor/realtor back in Seattle.

Also had a little GC company to help other investors with their projects. In short, I’m a little rusty on the REI side but want to go into multifamily and own 100+ units in a few years. Lofty goals, I know!
