I’m a SoCal native who grew up in Monrovia, CA. My family owned rental property mostly in that area and it in Whittier. I grew up in the residential property management industry. You name it an I probably did for free with my parents, but once I grew up I learned that people got paid for doing that and some of them were called contractors. I’ve been through several remodels in the last few years.

In my previous professional career I did a lot cold calling prospecting. Door knocking is somewhat equivalent to that. So if you’re looking for a potential door knocking partner I’d happy to join you. If it’s in Long Beach area definitely let me know, but I’m open to LA, OC, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties as well.
