Aloha! I’m Shenell Caldeira. Born and raised in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, I am a Native Hawaiian entrepreneur dedicated to supporting families in our community of Hawaiʻi through both real estate and financial services. After 20 years working in hospitality, I knew it was time for me to be my own boss and pursue my passion of helping people.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Investor Agent and a Licensed Financial Professional specializing in helping first time homebuyers while supporting our local families to stay in Hawaii. As a Licensed Financial Professional working closely with my husband we specialize in Family Protection, Infinite Banking, Family Bank Wealth Strategies, Mortgage Protection, Retirement Strategies and Estate Planning. We are passionate about helping families build strong financial foundations.

I am also a Certified Transaction Coordinator in Creative Financing and in traditional real estate. As a Notary Public in the State of Hawaii, I ensure a wide range of services for my community.
