My name is Stephen,I was born and raised in SoCal. I lived my life as a self-sufficient and self-reliant man. That is until ” what I didn’t know “hit me right across the face. You see I had had some Auto repair issues and it was expensive and I didn’t have enough money to pay it for my reserve, so put it on a credit card. Knowing the interest rate on a credit card is high I chose to quickly pay down the credit card amount.
I used the money that should have gone to the HOA dues to help pay it down quicker. Didn’t know was an HOA good file for foreclosure on my condo. That’s when I met some people that explained it the HOA could in fact foreclose on my property even though I only owed them under $2,000 on a property that I owned and had over a hundred thousand dollars in equity. Now I try to help people that are having issues with their finances so that hopefully they don’t lose their home.
